An invitation
Please accept our invitation to join with other likeminded folks on an incredible adventure of faith called Mission. It is an adventure to expand our influence and reach as members of a mission-minded community. Through building a training and preparation facility in the Casamance region of Senegal, we are poised to move ahead to a realization of our vision of placing effective and successful missionaries in the most needy regions of our planet. Please review the following suggestions as you consider your participation in this adventure: Think it through. Take some time to understand the vision, scope, and cost of the project. Then, think about the great opportunity you have to impact your world by reaching beyond yourself. Pray about it. Ask God how he wants to use you in your gifts, talents, and resources, to make a difference through Mission. As you spend time with him, listen as he guides your decisions. Be willing to act. When you receive direction as a result of your prayer be willing to trust God at his word to you. The place where faith is possible is often a place of sacrifice and great reward. Mission is an adventure of faith. We are convinced that Mission will enable our vision to move forward both here and abroad. It is a unique opportunity for us to join with the heart of Jesus in caring for our world. |
