Youth

"As a mother of a teenager today, it is such a relief for me to belong to a fellowship where my daughter has a supportive youth group. What I love about the youth group is it does not impose on the teens an identity of who they should be. It allows them an opportunity to discover who they are. My daughter has benefitted from the constant support of a caring youth leader and his support staff. They have gone out of their way to build a relationship with her, and these are people she calls friends. Today, my daughter really needs friends who genuinely care about her and where she is at emotionally. My daughter, who has a flair that is all her own, is comfortable inviting her friends out every Friday night. The youth are encouraged to take part in regular church events as well as planning their own activities. It makes it easier for me knowing that when she is out, she is with people who are looking out for her best interest."
